Rate of pay and hours per week: vThe Independent Provider Reimbursement Rate is $48.00 (LPN)/$56.26 (RN) for the first hour worked, $6.24 (LPN)/$7.46 (RN) for each additional 15 minutes worked, agency employee wages are at the discretion of the employer.
