The Hudson Worship Leader works with the Hudson Campus Pastor to provide direction and consistency to worship at their campus. This position will be responsible to pastor, coach, lead, and develop their campus worship team to promote authentic worship and proclaim the uncompromised message of the gospel. Because Fellowship holds team as a core principle of leadership, the person in this position must be comfortable “stacking hands” and working collaboratively with the team to achieve church-wide goals.

Job Summary: This position will be responsible to the senior pastor for the overall development and implementation of reaching and discipling students of Abundant Life Baptist Church. This position will prepare and teach weekly Bible study for the students. In addition, the youth pastor will plan, organize, and schedule regular outreach events. This position will also be responsible for planning and implementing regular ministry activities.

Duties:  Develop with core leaders vision for descaling and reaching students for Jesus

-Coordinate with other Church ministries for cooperation

- Preparing and teaching Sunday morning to the youth

- Planning and implementing mid-week outreach service, aimed at bringing in youth from the community 

- Preparing a lesson for a weekly Bible study with the purpose of sharing the Gospel using issues that students face daily

- Coordinate a youth missions trip including an effective way of training the students for missions prior to the trip

- Coordinate monthly/ quarterly outreach events to establish relationships with the youth community

- Organize and distribute a monthly calendar of events  to inform students and parents of upcoming events

- Develop relationships with students and parents

- Schedule occasional meetings with youth workers to evaluate the group

- Develop Youth program budget

- Other responsibilities deemed necessary by senior pastor
