Job Title: Sales Representative

Requirements for Employment:

-18+.
-Able to make it to our office.
-Comfortable working with people.
-Must be coachable, have a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Job Description:

Its the local District Vector Marketing & we sell Cutco products. It's pretty much just a bunch of stuff for the kitchen, like knives, pots/pans, accessories, as well as outdoor products. We have actually found people have been cooking at home a lot more over these past couple of years, creating a higher demand for our product, which is why we are bringing people on. The openings we have are in entry-level customer sales and service. It involves working one-on-one with our customers, showing off our products, helping them place their orders, answering their questions, and just helping them in any other way possible.

There is no door-to-door or no telemarketing. We work through professional pre-set appointments only and those can be done in person, or virtually using something like Google meets. It's up to the rep to decide how it's done so it can be done anywhere pretty much. From home, on vacation, in person, dorms, apartments, study rooms, really whatever is convenient for the most part. The only time reps need to be at our office in Belden Village is for training and once a week for a meeting.

The starting pay is $22 GUARANTEED base-appt., WHICH IS NOT BASED ON SALES. There is also a commission component and that is how most of our students make significant income with us, but there’s no pressure to sell because they have a guaranteed base pay.

I also want to mention that we offer very flexible schedules that work around any commitments our reps have. We work with a ton of students in different situations. Some are college athletes, some are double majors, and others have other jobs, vacations etc. Additionally, students like you have the possibility of earning college credit and scholarships based on performance with the company if everything works out.
