Overview:
We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing & Social Media Intern to join our team. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to develop marketing skills, manage social media platforms, and contribute to the growth of our brand. While this is an unpaid internship, there is a potential for a permanent, salaried position upon successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.), ensuring brand consistency and engagement with our audience.
* Customer Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and reviews to build strong customer relationships and promote brand loyalty.
* Email Marketing: Develop and execute weekly and monthly email campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis.
* Content Creation: Assist with creating marketing materials, including graphics, blog posts, event announcements, and promotional videos.
* Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media and email marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Instagram Insights to recommend improvements.
* Event Promotion: Assist in promoting brewery events and new releases, both online and through local outreach.
* Brand Strategy: Support the team in developing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement with customers and the local community.
* Collaborate with Influencers & Partners: Identify and reach out to potential influencers and partners to enhance social media presence.
* Photography & Video: Capture content for social media, including behind-the-scenes footage, events, and product shots.
