Licensure:
Licensed or license-eligible in the state of practice (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
Experience:
Proven experience in mental health counseling and/or addiction recovery.
Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing).
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Empathetic, non-judgmental, and patient-centered approach to care.
Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Crisis intervention and support skills.
Capability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
