Requirements for Employment:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong grasp of basic business technology including but not limited to Microsoft Office 365. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate the ability to conduct themselves appropriately in a professional office environment, interact with clients in-person, over the phone and through email in a professional yet friendly manner. A desire to learn and advance in the health insurance industry is preferred.
Job Description:
We are a small insurance agency in North Canton, OH specializing in health insurance. We are looking for a recent graduate to come on full-time (40-hour work week) as our on-site office administrator, while also learning the insurance business with an opportunity to advance into an agent role if they so choose and demonstrate readiness. This position will require full availability Monday through Friday between 9-6, as well as occasional evening hours. Compensation will include an hourly rate plus bonus opportunities, paid time off and Holidays. Additional benefits may also be available and will be negotiated.
