Job Description:
Marketing & Client Services Internship Program Job Description
The Marketing & Client Services Internship at Jose Medina & Associates (Real Estate) will
be responsible for advancing the community and customer experience of our real estate
teams through online and traditional marketing. The position requires interaction with our
internal & external sales agents, operations team, leadership team & team leader to
ensure that our website, social media, collateral, and other communications accurately
reflect our brand. The intern will also be responsible for team/business marketing &
creating ideas about how to market properties, brand team(s) & execute those ideas. The
intern will also be responsible for developing systems and learning platforms that ensure
continued communications to nurture past client relationships and ask for referrals,
conduct client feedback via phone/text/email at the finalization of transactions and put
each new client into the team’s follow up client care campaign. The goal is for our past
clients to always have a resource for real estate knowledge/service and to encourage
repeat business and additional business opportunities in the form of referrals to our
team!
