Requirements for Employment:
Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field preferred and 1-3 years experience in a social service setting involving facilitating services and assistance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. LSW preferred. Must possess a valid Ohio driver’s license and be insurable under AMHA’s policies.
Job Description:
Coordinate supportive services and empowerment activities to help program participants increase their economic security and self-sufficiency. Engage with residents that reside in low-income housing to determine their needs, set goals towards self-sufficiency, and provide resources and services to assist them with obstacles. Maintain good working relationships with local community and social service organizations.
