Requirements for Employment:
Strong aptitude for connecting with adults and 11-19 year old students. Proven ability to gain results by working through others while building a team environment. Ability to interface well with a diverse team, i.e. (skill level and aptitude) while maintaining a focus on organizational goals. Must be comfortable with Microsoft 365 Suite of products such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

Campus Life, a Core Ministry of Greater Cleveland Youth for Christ, meets students where they live; in and around schools and creates a safe and inclusive environment for them to explore faith, fellowship and life's hardest questions. Under the direction of the Ministry Director, you will deliver a comprehensive Campus Life Public growth strategy to ensure healthy ministry, financial sustainability, and expansion of the Campus Life Public program into Greater Cleveland’s suburban neighborhoods. You will expand the current program by building relationships with city and school key partners. You will partner with faith-based organizations and churches to build the capabilities of the volunteer ministry leader team. This position supervises Campus Life Public Area Directors, Site Directors, and Campus Life Public Field and Administrative staff.
