Requirements for Employment: 

Internship Qualifications

Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
Must have completed 30 or more credit hours by the end of the spring 2025 semester
Must be a full-time student attending an accredited two-year or four-year college/university
Preferred majors: Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or related
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC usage
Customer-oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Internship Assignment: Full-Time - Summer 2025

Support customer service activities for all Metallus products
Communicate and collaborate across departments; including sales, manufacturing, and supply chain
Learn how to process a customer's order, handle select customers, and provide status requests and RFQs (request for quote)
Analyze customer demand patterns, supply chain production, and operating plans
Opportunity to look for and suggest process improvements within customer service
Support data gathering and analysis tasks for customer service platforms, including the company-wide IT Transformation and adoption of SAP
