Requirements for Employment:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g. MS Office, email). Previous experience in a customer service role preferred. Knowledge of automotive terminology and repair processes is a plus. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid drivers license.
Job Description:
Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone. Schedule appointments for vehicle repairs and maintenance. Manage paperwork related to customer vehicles, including intake forms and insurance claims. Coordinate with technicians and other staff to ensure timely completion of repairs. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily receipts. Answer inquiries about services, pricing, and availability. Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns professionally. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as filing and data entry.
