Job Description:
Our rapidly growing Canton, Ohio Registered Investment Advisory Firm is currently seeking a staff financial planner.
Planners on our team construct and maintain financial plans for our firm’s 200+ Total Wealth Management clients. Additional responsibilities include meeting file preparation, running proposals, interacting with clients to maintain the plan and the relationship as well as conducting as needed client reviews and service meetings.
Requirements:
1-5 years’ experience in the financial services industry is desired, with a securities license (6, 7, or 65).
Selected Planners will be:
> extremely organized and detail oriented
> in possession of excellent verbal and written skills
> enthusiastic about phone, screen share and face to face interactions
> tech-savvy and a quick study on learning new systems
> dedicated and passionate about helping others
The natural progression within our advisor team is for successful planners to have the opportunity to advance to a financial advisor, which is an advice-giving position that is salaried with ample bonus opportunity to encourage new business development.
